1. General informations
There’re various ways to get in touch with the Aioe.org administrators. Each one is intended for a specific topic and must be used only for that puropose. Those requests that are sent in many different ways at the same time are rejected before being considered. Those who aren’t able to determine by theirself which is the right place where ask for should send a message in the helpdesk groups requesting this kind of help. Everybody should consider before sending that the misuses of system contacts is a serious abuse because it wastes the administrators’ time without a valid reason.
Those who need general informations must use the english or italian helpdesk groups that are available through the NNTP protocol or through a WEB interface.
2. System contacts
There’re various email addresses that are provided for specific uses.
  1. Abuse Desk
    All complaints about articles sent through this site must be sent to abuse@aioe.org.
    The Complaint Guide     explains how to write a good complaint and everybody should follow those guidelines.

  2. Technical Contact
    All technical requests must be sent to usenet@aioe.org. This email address is used almost only by newsmasters for communications about USENET feeds or hierarchies. Casual users don’t need it.

  3. Main administrator’s contact
    The main Aioe.org administrator has got a public email address (estasi@aioe.org) that could be used to contact him. This email address should be used only in a few circumstances :
    • If the NNTP server is unreachable and there’s no other option to get in touch with him
    • By his personal friends
    • When somebody needs some special service about the NNTP service and it’s requested a valid email address to confirm that request
    Without these reasons, it’s forbidden to use that address.
3. Helpdesk
Those who need help must send their requests to the helpdesk groups. There’re various forums that can be used :
  • aioe.news.helpdesk is the main english helpdesk group. All doubts, requests, answers must be sent here. That group is accessible like a standard newsgroup or through a WEB gateway. Everybody should note that every request is in topic here.

  • aioe.news.assistenza is the italian helpdesk.
4. Legal contacts
All legal questions must be addressed to usenet@aioe.org. This is the only address that should be used. It’s strictly forbidden to send this kind of requests to the administrators’ personal email addresses.

Those who need to send postal mails to the Aioe.org administrators must send their legal proceedings to
